“Recently I’ve had to make several cross country trips.  I was very impressed with your company, the drivers and the quality and condition of vehicles used.  When I had called to make arrangements, I also requested a specific brand of soda and water is in the sedan, both were waiting upon my arrival.  My drivers have been well dressed as well as punctual.  Their level of professionalism, politeness and helpfulness were pleasantly surprising.  On my last trip if your driver had not arrived early I would have missed my flight!
